Order cancellation.

We understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel your order. We strive to accommodate our customers’ needs and provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Therefore, we have established the following order cancellation policy:

Cancellation within 24 hours: Please get in touch with our customer care team right away if you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering it. We will try our best to cancel the order and issue a complete refund.

Cancellation after 24 hours: After the initial 24 hours, if you decide to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as you can. At this time, we are unable to guarantee cancellation, but we will try our best to comply with your request. Please be aware that we might not be able to cancel an order if it has already been processed or sent.

Shipping procedure 

With the exception of weekends and holidays, we process orders in 1-2 business days. We’ll let you know if an item is out of stock and provide substitutes or a refund.

International orders may be subject to customs charges, taxes, and fees. The recipient is responsible for these fees. Delivery times could change.

Customers in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia who spend $150.00 or more receive free shipping on their whole order. However, shipping fees will be charged to consumers in other areas. Please be aware that some deliveries can be subject to customs fees.

If customs charges are applicable, it will be the responsibility of the recipient (customer) to settle these fees upon the arrival of the order in their country.
